UFO's to finally land on the Presidential lawn!
Well, maybe not quite... but they do seem to be making an appearance in the lead-up to the USA Presidential elections.
Presidential candidate Dennis J. Kucinich came right out and admitted; - that he had not only seen one of them - but asserted that more people in USA have seen a UFO than approve a GW Bush Presidency. That, and it was time for the government to "come clean" on the Roswell matter.
UFO's are not something that most people are used to seeing. Those who do report them are often subjected to ridicule and scorn. So in my opinion there is something quite refreshing in politics if a politician is prepared to risk his credibility over a subject usually lampooned by the press and TV, over a subject seeming to be already primed to explode in his face.
Sightings of UFO's are like buses. - You hang around for ages and ages, and then two of them turn up at the same time. Indeed, the sighting in the Presidential debate comes at the exact same time as an astounding account (one of a supposed number) of President Reagan's (alleged) astounding 'UFO briefings dated between March 6-8, 1981 and October 9-12, 1981.
These supposed transcripts are an apparent pre-cursor to an extraordinary concerted and massive 'Disclosure' coming from somewhere within the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency).
At least, these are the reports released via an erstwhile teacher, journalist and researcher, Mr. Victor Martinez.
Martinez is a well known figure in the UFO community who specializes in establishing links and relationships with agents (current and ex) deep within the USG. Whether you believe him or not is a matter of heated opinion within the UFO community, but no one can deny, Mr. Martinez has over the last few years delivered some of the most startling and controversial information ever to berate the tin-foil berets. Martinez brought 'Serpo' to Earth back in 2005 - and as soon as the detail became known about that particular 'Exchange Program' the Internet was never quite the same again. The story even made it half way into the mainstream media with appearances in respected UFO literature like 'Fortean Times' in the UK and the old stalwart and pioneer 'UFO Magazine' in the USA.
But just this week, just a few hours prior to Kucinich making his infamous statement on the possibilities we may still have to face on the issues of exo-biology(!), Martinez delivered an astounding 7 part, 2000KB set of documents to his 1000+ email membership. The membership includes current and ex-govt. (US and international) sponsored scientists / physicists / engineers and top level intel operatives, alongside well respected and leading names from the international UFO community.

"THIS RELEASE HAS BEEN APPROVED BY and AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF THE U.S.
GOVERNMENT as part of a continuing public acclimation program.
Transcripts of highly classified audio cassette recordings made of 40th U.S. president RONALD REAGAN's briefings with his top level and key advisers on the EXTRATERRESTRIAL subject matter. There are six (6) briefings in the first set; "Project SERPO" POSTING #27a is only the first one (1) of the six (6) transcribed sets. [...]
WHEN: President REAGAN was briefed on many aspects of the EXTRATERRESTRIAL subject matter from March 6-8, 1981 and then again on October 9-12 of the same year.
WHERE: President REAGAN was briefed on both occasions at the presidential retreat at Camp David, MD.
HOW: At President REAGAN's request, these briefings were both tape recorded AND transcribed via the coordination and administration by a "Top Secret Codeword-cleared" CIA administrative assistant named XXXXX XXXXX. The recordings comprise many meetings/briefings in a combination of 60 min and 90 min cassettes for a total of 54 tapes.
Of the 54 tapes, 40 have been completed by DOD-DIA personnel; you are reading the transcripts of one of six (1 of 6) briefings President REAGAN made between Friday-Sunday, March 6-8, 1981.
DOD/DIA personnel were able to gain access to and possession and ownership of these tapes because SOME of the recordings deal with an ALIEN THREAT from a specific HAV [Hostile Alien Race] and therefore fall under the purview, control and jurisdictional authority of the Dept of
Defense.
WHY: The reasons to disclose this information now is two-fold:
1) As in the case of the "Project SERPO" disclosures, the 25-year time limit on classified USG projects had expired and could -- after much legal vetting and wrangling between DOD lawyers and those USG employees who WANT it released -- be CONSIDERED for public release and into the public domain.
The "Project SERPO" final report was issued in 1980 + 25 years = 2005 ... Wednesday, Nov 2, 2005 was the first "Project SERPO" release.
The RONALD REAGAN Presidential ET Briefings: 1981 + 25 years = 2006 ...
legal issues to be worked out and resolved brings us to late 2007.
2) MANY other countries are disclosing their encounters with extraterrestrials -- especially Canada, the UK (MoD files) and Latin America -- so some amount of pressure has been placed and brought to bear on the normally tight-lipped USG "black world" to be more open about what they/we have in our "TS/Codeword" files.

But this isn't the first time Reagan has been connected to UFO / ET matters either...
There are some intriguing records regarding Reagan and an alleged conversation he had with Steven Spielberg. According to Hollywood film maker Jamie Shandera, whilst making a documentary on Spielberg, Spielberg told him that at the end of the private screening of his soon-to-be blockbuster, 'ET - The Extraterrestrial' - "the President leaned over, clapped Spielberg on the shoulder, and quietly commented, "You know, there aren’t six people in this room who know how true this really is." Unfortunately, the sudden press of people approaching Spielberg and the President, prevented Spielberg from pursuing the strange comment made by Reagan."
According to 'Presidential UFO' - "The (private pre-screening) showing of E.T. was the last event on June 27th. The very next event the next morning, June 28th, was a meeting between President Reagan and James A. Baker 111, Chief of Staff; Edwin Meese 111, Counselor; and Michael K. Deaver, Deputy Chief of Staff; met in the oval office. From there the four men went to the highly secure White House Situation Room where the President participated in a briefing of the U.S. Space Program. Participants included six members of the National Security Council or National Security Affairs and no one from NASA.
The absence of anyone from NASA for a briefing of the U.S. Space Program is unheard of. The absence of any NASA people is even more unusual, in light of the fact that a couple days later, President Reagan attended the landing of the U.S. Space Shuttle at Edwards Air Force Base." - Presidential UFO.com
And, of course, most of us already know of the speech President Reagan gave to The General Assembly of the United Nations on September 21, 1987, the President said that,
"in our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond.
"I occasionally think," continued Reagan, "how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask" -- here comes the clincher -- "is not an alien force ALREADY among us?" The President now tries to retreat from the last bold statement by posing a second question: "What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?"
So, it seems that 'Aliens / Extraterrestrials' and 'UFO's' are perhaps living deep within the consciousness of our leaders - and politicians like Kucinich and Reagan are reflecting and vocalizing the experiences and concerns of many, many millions of Earthlings. If so, and if Mr. Martinez can provide evidences of an already existing collaboration between Earth and 'off-world' life-forms - then we can expect more of these Kucinichian sordid- saucers to come crashing down around our ears in the very near future.
